In January 1970, the LA published a frightening article entitled "Mankind Manufacturing a New Ice Age for Itself?"

In that era, all the standard Left-leaning publications, from the Washington Post on, were concerned about Global Cooling.

Another era, and the same "experts" are furrowing their noble brows about the opposite.

In 1974, the AP published a scary piece on a looming "Ice Age."

There are many, many citations to this sort of thing.

Now the Left says, hey, science now is better.

But the cerebral scientists always want to say that.

Perhaps they are correct. But perhaps not.
