State Department verifies Hillary broke the law

As the nation’s chief diplomat, Hillary Clinton was responsible for ascertaining whether information in her possession was classified and acknowledged that “negligent handling” of that information could jeopardize national security, according to a copy of an agreement she signed upon taking the job.

A day after assuming office as secretary of state, Clinton signed a Sensitive Compartmented Information Nondisclosure Agreement that laid out criminal penalties for “any unauthorized disclosure” of classified information.

Experts have guessed that Clinton signed such an agreement, but a copy of her specific contract, obtained by the Competitive Enterprise Institute through an open records request and shared with the Washington Free Beacon, reveals for the first time the exact language of the NDA.

“I have been advised that the unauthorized disclosure, unauthorized retention, or negligent handling of SCI by me could cause irreparable injury to the United States or be used to advantage by a foreign nation,” the agreement states.

Clinton received at least two emails while secretary of state on her personal email server since marked “TS/SCI”—top secret/sensitive compartmented information—according to the U.S. intelligence community’s inspector general.

The State Department said in September that Clinton’s private email system, set up at her Chappaqua, N.Y., home, was not authorized to handle SCI.
So the State Department has verified Hillary's private server was not authorized to handle the government emails that went through it = negligent handling = criminal act!

Now what Hillary laugh and say who reads contracts and no one actually "told me" I would be receiving classified or sensitive information as Secretary of State, someone should have told me, not my fault.

The "it's not my fault" has started. Hillary refutes the Sate Department's verification that she was aware she would be receiving classified emails and was responsible for insuring it was kept secure by claiming no one told her for certain she would be receiving classified emails, just that if she did she needed to make sure they were secure.

Now the man on the street would know that if they were told they might receive classified information that had to remain on SCI government servers, and that if they set it up, so all their email went through a private server rather than a SCI government server; it would be to late to secure it once it's received on that private server. How was Hillary suppose to "undo" receiving SCI documents once she received them on the private server? Now consider, that the dead brain Bimbo wants to run our country, or is she really just pretending to be that stupid and lying to us assuming we're the stupid ones?

It's common practice among liberals to pretend they're totally unaware when caught red-handed....

Hillary when asked about her server being wiped clean..her response was..."like with a cloth or something?"...

Think back when Bubba was about to be impeached...and claimed not to understand the questions.

It's a tactic employed by all liberals....all.

Hillary, like Bill, is using the smart-dumb tactic.

Hillary was Sec of State because she was so smart, so morally entitled as a woman, a Yale Law grad.

Did she know what classified info was? Certainly not, she was too dumb, a babe in the woods, a newbie at State.

So that's the game she is playing, and the lapdog liberal media accept it.

Not authorized? Says Who...The State Department?

That's a lie...complete bullshit!!!

Didn't the State Department say that Hillary didn't break any rules by using a private email account? The whole issue was the archival of documentation not whether or not a "private" server was used!!!

State was dishonest all along as well.

Your federal work products, including email, belong to the public -- not the individual.

You can't conduct sensitive diplomacy on private email.

The only reason Hillary did that was so she could delete email, and she deleted THIRTY TWO THOUSAND emails.

There is no doubt Hillary violated the law and intentionally compromised classified material for her own personal reasons...the question is will she face justice.
