Well the Obama Administration changed the Federal race classification so that an Hispanic who is a victim of a crime is still counted as an Hispanic, but an Hispanic who is a subject of a crime, is now classified as white?

Actually the DOJ under Holder invented the word so that statistics would lead one to believe whites are committing more crimes than they really are. Telling was that Hispanics are only counted as white when they commit crimes, when they're victims of crimes the DOJ count them as Hispanics.
