So Obama feels it's OK for blacks to hurt cops if the black feels he isn't being treated fairly, which is 90% of blacks who are approached by cops.

If a police officer were say "Nobody wants to see a President who is doing his job fairly hurt" he would be fired and the Secret Service would investigate his implied threat. Obama declared police are fair game.
