Yep, it's now public record that the Obama administration sent the Mexican drug cartels weapons when they needed them and they will in fact bail the drug cartels out by sending money for their loses as a result of Patricia.

Perhaps you should short US Guvmint bonds. According to the righties, the national debt burden is crushing the finances of the nation. So it's only a matter of time that we go bankrupt and the government will default on their debt and Justme will make a fortune....
