The current NSA director will be replaced if Hillary wins

During a congressional hearing, National Security Agency Director Michael Rogers was asked if Hillary's use of a private email account and server compromised classified information. Rogers stated that he wasn't allowed to comment on the matter since it's under investigation by the FBI but added, "The use of a private email account or server by the foreign minister of Iran and Russia would present an "opportunity" for any spy agency of any country who wanted the information."

The only reason it was discovered Hillary was using her private server for government work was because
the Hungarian hacker "Guccifer " had her email account information in his possession when he was arrested.

All those agencies including the White House who received and sent government work to and from her private email also knew. This whole Obama administration is corrupt and in contempt of the American people who they consider below them, the rules don't apply to them.

Show me where it states in the law that a person cannot comment if a matter is subject to a pending investigation.
What that fellow means is that he has some convenient copout.
