Is this Pope a politician in Pope clothing?

His minions made a great deal out of the fact that the Pope actually went to the hotel's counter and paid his own bill rather than burdening an aide to do it. Of course media from several different networks happened to be there to document the Pope actually paid his own bill. It sounds like something Hillary would stage.

First of all, if the Pope really didn't want to burden others he would have simply let one of his aides pay the bill. The Secret Service and the Pope's security had to shut down the desk area after doing back ground checks on everyone working there and searching the area plus turn away other guests... for the Pope's photo op of paying his own bill to spare others form having to do it. If the Pope cared more about others than his photo op he would have simply let one of his aides paid the bill and saved thousands of man hours and inconvenience to others.

Why is the Pope acting like a politician?

This is a common practice. The other day he was washing feet. Far be it from to to question a Pope's motives, one must assume they are genuine. But paying the bill?
No.
No president ever pays the bill or carries any money for that matter. When you are at that level you have people to take care of things like that. As was stated, for the Pope (or a president) to pay a bill only creates a security risk and slows everything down just for a photo op.

We are reminded of the phony photo op of president Carter carrying his suitcase and hanging bag to Air Force One. It was later revealed by Secret Service personnel that both were empty and Carter had contempt for the people who were sworn to defend his life.

Another phony liberal using a phony set up to BS the Useful Idiots who vote for such frauds.

The "accidental" meeting with illegal immigrant kid Cruz was planned for more than a year.

The Pope is anti-capitalist, pro-illegal immigrant, and humble.

He is so humble he dons a white robe and lectures foreign legislatures.

What a stupid fuck.
Insipid thinks anti-choice, anti-gay, anti-divorce, and on and on represents a liberal view.

You're looking in the mirror, dimwit, except, unlike you, the Pope still cares about humanity in his own sick way.
Jesus H. Chrisis...

By the way, dimwits, all those secret service guys were going to get paid for the day whether they checked out the hotel counter or not.
Pay the bill...   Morons...

You've lost it Lucky. If you have prescription meds, take them right now.
