Between 2010 and 2014 the US Department of Energy was hit by hackers over 150 times. Just pause and think about that for a moment. In the span of four years, the federal organization that helps regulate our power grid, energy labs and nuclear weapons was successfully infiltrated 159 times. Almost as terrifying, the department was constantly under attack according to records obtained by USA Today. During that time there were 1,131 attempts made to break into the DOE's systems.

The government hasn't said what if any data was stolen, though the extremely sensitive nature of what the Department of Energy oversees is certainly cause for concern. If information about our nation's energy grid were to windup in the hands of a terrorist organization or a country like North Korea, it could prove extremely problematic... to put it lightly. The security of the power grid and our nuclear stockpile has been the topic of repeated handwringing from experts. And, even with the administration's renewed focus on cybersecurity, bad actors have proven time and time again that they can break into government systems with enough time and effort.

Well, years ago, they informed me that my military info may have been on some compromised server.

And my wife was informed that her info may have been compromised in the 21 to 25 million records apparently gotten by Chinese hackers.

In the face of this, Hillary was Sec of State and had an insecure server in the restroom of a mom-'n-pop server outfit.

It is painfully obvious why the server was in the restroom.....they were readying it for "wiping it clean".

When the Romanian hacker, "Guccifer" was finally caught......

he had in his possession Hillary's personal email address plus printouts of her emails.

Okay Hillary. Enough is enough. The office of the presidency is not your birthright. You made the attempt but the people are saying no. Get out of the race now before you completely embarrass the whole Clinton clan. I for one, rightly or wrongly, do not trust you. I feel that you think the United States of America is you personal money pit.

Now there's talk that Hillary's emails may not be lost after all and may be retrievable from the server....

I'm guessing the Romanians have them and want to make a deal.

If Hillary's server was not professionally wiped, that may help her argument that the email deleted was innocent.

I doubt this, but her defenders will argue it.
