Trump is Correct about Birthright Citizenship

If you look at the 14th, the "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof" does not mean geography (as some liberals have been contending).

And, if you look at the actual statement of the person most responsible for writing it, he clearly said citizens of other nations were not contemplated by it.

Trump is correct that the 14th really doesn't compel giving the kids of illegals automatic citizenship, and the Constitution gives Congress broad authority to set naturalization policy.

The original intent of the 14th Ammendment was to assure citizenship for former slaves. It was anticipated that the racist, Democrat south would attempt to deny citizenship to former slaves. It was never the intent that a Mexican woman dropping a baby after staggering across the Rio Grande would instantly confer citizenship on that baby for no other reason than having been shit out on U.S. soil.

Exactly.

And that's why other nations with welfare programs have repealed birthright citizenship.

And why the U.S. should end it.

Senator Jacob Howard, the author of the citizenship clause of the Fourteenth Amendment – he spoke – he told us what he meant. He defined who would fall within the ‘jurisdiction of the United States.’

“‘Every person born within the limits of the United States, and subject to their jurisdiction, [meaning the states – their jurisdiction] is, by virtue of natural law and national law, a citizen of the United States. This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons. It settles the great question of citizenship and removes all doubt as to what persons are or are not citizens of the United States. This has long been a great issue in the jurisprudence and legislation of this country.’

I was beginning to think you clowns might just have a case until johnforbes, in his usual dimwitted fashion, posted the quotation by the author of the Amendment that proves you all wrong.

" he clearly said citizens of other nations were not contemplated by it."-johnforbes
No, he didn't, johnny.
He clearly said children born here to ambassadors and foreign ministers were not contemplated by it.

"This will not, of course, include persons born in the United States who are foreigners, aliens, who belong to the families of ambassadors or foreign ministers accredited to the government of the United States, but will include every other class of persons."-Jacobs

In other words, he just told you all that anyone born here who isn't an ambassador's or foreign minister's family member is in the class of persons covered and becomes a citizen at birth.

Thanks for destroying Trump's, Insipid's, and your own argument with a single post, johnny.

Illegals who have children born here see it as a way to make money.

For example...These kids are given birth certificates and SSNs at birth.

The parents know these documents can bring big money and sell them....

they don't care that they are creating problems for their kids.

The kids finds out when they file their first federal tax returns many years later, when they're told

by the IRS they are using someone else's SSNs. It's a mess that follow the kids for the rest of their lives.

"Illegals who have children born here see it as a way to make money."-sillydud

And you know this HOW?
How many illegals have you talked to to learn this amazing 'fact'?
Oh, none? That's what I thought.

"For example...These kids are given birth certificates and SSNs at birth."-sillysally
"The kids finds out when they file their first federal tax returns many years later, when they're told
by the IRS they are using someone else's SSNs."-incrediblysilly

silly, the SSN's issued at birth are legitimate. The kid can't 'find out later' that the number belongs to someone else because it doesn't.

"The parents know these documents can bring big money and sell them...."-sillydunce

Again, you know this HOW?
You're just making up stupid shit again.

Why do you clowns insist on just making up stupid shit that isn't even plausible?
Who do you think you're fooling besides your own gullible reactionary tools who don't ask any questions when given their marching orders?

14th clearly contemplated the problem with kids born to foreigners, such as ambassadors.

It didn't look forward and imagine 12 million illegal immigrants having kids.

Birthright citizenship could be ended by Congress, but of course we would need a president with America's best interest at heart.

"but will include every other class of persons" not born to an Ambassador or Foreign Minister.

It doesn't get any clearer than that.

Yep, he was.

Sure, there's a line of cases, but they are wrong.

And there's a clear opening for Congress to clarify the mess under its broad naturalization authority.

All across the world, nations have ended birthright citizenship and America should as well because it is being exploited by cynical, greedy-for-welfare illegal immigrants.

If we had told Congress back in 1868 that millions of illegal aliens were going to

take advantage of Section 1 of the 14th Amendment....they would have laughed in our face...

But what was once seen a beneficial to a growing nation.....is now hurting us.

If ever there was need for a change........this is it.

AssClown Loser Lucky asks for another beat down, and so he shall have it.

AssClown Loser Lucky isn't a Constitutional scholar or anything close to it. 8th grade drop outs from the South Carolina public school system don't get to spend much time studying the Constitution. Their time is taken up with studies of how the south actually won the War of Northern Aggression but was cheated out of it when Grant stole Lee's sword at Appomattox. AssClown Loser Lucky is a pot head junkie stoner Marxist loser and a Useful Idiot of the first rank.

AssClown Loser Lucky is a fierce defender of a woman's right to kill her unborn child, a right he has been told was "discovered" by an activist court in a so called, "Living and breathing, ever evolving" Constitution. A court that set out to some way, ANY way, shoehorn abortion into the Constitution. The court hung it's hat on a "Right to privacy," a right that appears NOWHERE in the Constitution. Let me repeat that. There is no right to privacy in the Constitution.
Period.
Neither is there a right to kill your unborn child. The framers could not have ever contemplated such an atrocity.

Now we are met on a great battlefield of Constitutional dispute over illegal immigration. Suddenly, AssClown Loser Lucky has been converted into a strict, original intent, Constitutional constructionist. Living and breathing is out the window and what was written in the late 1800's is the law of the land and engraved in tungsten carbide set in diamond, to exist forevermore and always. The Donkey-Rat desire to recruit illegal aliens into the ranks of Donkey-Rat voters and put them on the public dole forever shall not be noticed.

Consistency has never and will never be a virtue of the Marxist loser left. They hope their bullshit will not be noticed, and by and large it is not by their brain dead constituency, so ably represented here by Elkindoofus. But the rest of us are not distracted by their smokescreen of deceit and lies.

Thus endeth the latest in a long, long series of epic beat downs of AssClown Loser Lucky.

At this point AssClown Loser Lucky will throw his tantrum, fret, fume and fulminate, snort and blow, stamp his feet and shout, "NO FAIR, NO FAIR" like the sissy pink panty wearing little bitch he is (and toss in a few dozen emoticons).
Then he will hit the bong and forget all about it, waking up with a lap full of Doreto fragments and a mouth that tastes like the entire Chinese army marched through it in it's stocking feet. Perhaps his old lady will have had a good night selling her skanky, meth queen ass and sucking black cock there in South Carolina and he will be able to afford another day's ration of weed and Mexican black tar. If he's lucky (no pun intended) he can slurp the nigger jiz out of her oozing snatch (and asshole) for his breakfast.
Bon appetit!

Liberals pretend to be kind and compassionate.

They want open borders and welfare for illegal immigrants.

But disagree with any Left Wing ideology and liberals erupt in rage and call others racist, sexist, etc.

Ramos is an asshole. Of course he wants to give Trump a hard time....

He and his daughter are working for the Hillary campaign.
The Clintons bought Ramos, his ignorant druggie daughter was given an executive position in the Clinton Foundation and a leadership position in the Hillary campaign...all for Mexican votes, that's how the Clintons roll. The worse part of it is, she'll be paid million of tax exempt money "donated" by those who want favors. The Clinton Foundation is a shake down operation that has raised billions that is being used as a tax free slush fund. Ramos is doing what the Clintons are paying him to do, the good thing is Trump bitch slapped him instead of playing the Clinton game.

Trump claims that latinos love him. But he tosses a reporter who asked him policy questions in regards to immigration.

Ramos was tossed because Trump has no answers, no policy, nothing.

Trump can easily go on Spanish speaking TV and make his case to one of the largest voting constituencies in the nation and gloat about how much Latinos love him...
