Since when can former public employees be permitted to keep government documents or emails?

When asked why she had classified emails in her personal server..... Hillary said in her defense, the emails were not classified when she received them! LOL

This is the horrible effect of turning the DoJ into a political outfit.

They were valid concerns because, without some appearance of equal justice, nobody can have faith in DoJ.

Many months ago, it was very, very obvious that Hillary's server should have been seized. Now, it has surely been destroyed or "lost."

Hillary and her lawyer both have classified government documents and our President is OK with that. If it was plot in a movie everyone would laugh at that probability.

Someone should ask China, Russia or Iran for copies of the documents on Hillary's server, because she's only going to give us the ones that she chooses to. I'm betting Hillary's attorney could sell that thumb driver for several million, something will happen to it and Hillary's server, the DOJ will rule that means there is no evidence of a crime.

Hannity has offered to put together a syndicate of people willing to put up the money to buy a copy of Hillary's server. The thinking is that there exists in China, Russia, North Korea or elsewhere a hacked copy.

Of course the copy would include classified documents, but after the horse is out of the barn anyway,

It really is remarkable when a radio-TV host, and ordinary American citizens, realize more than the Justice Dept about the need to not allow Hillary to destroy relevant evidence.

As Hillary knows very well, her work products as Sec of State BELONG TO THE TAXPAYERS.

People have landed in prison for much less than what Hillary has admitted to doing in destroying 32,000 emails. And then she wipes the server and "loses" the server while the FBI sits idly by.

They refuse to release details of the trial.....but if convicted he could be looking at 20 years.
