There's also a provision that at certain sites, Iran will be allowed to collect and submit the soil samples that will be tested. The French negotiator said months ago, it was if Kerry was Iran's lead negotiator in the discussions with the other powers.

Other than the simple fact that Obama favors the Arabs in the Middle East, what could possibly be the point of this idiotic "deal"?
