Last week I brought this young guy on as an Interim, he's finishing up his mechanical engineering degree this summer, seem like a really bright guy. Friday one of my other guys told me the new hire had real issues and is rude to certain people, so I started watching him. This morning I observed him being extremely sarcastic with one of my long time customers who was trying to describe what he needed machined. After the customer left I asked him why he acted like he did, he told me hates rednecks, he had the shock of his life when I told him I don't tolerate racism of any kind at my business and he had 30 minutes to clear out his desk and be off of my property.

Because I'm Hispanic he obviously thought I would agree with him on rednecks; the kicker is the guy is lily white himself and the employee who tipped me off about him ,last Friday is black.
