The charges will never fly, the Grey's attorneys helped draft the charges and the State Attorney sign them. It's come out that the State Attorney and Grey's lead attorney are an "item" in fact he gave $5K to help her get elected and was on her election committee. Major conflict of interest, especially in a murder case, since she didn't recuse herself a higher court will have to remove her the case. Pass the popcorn, loving, especially when it's shown the charges were nothing but racist in nature and politically motivated. This may be the tipping point for negroes getting away with murder.

It's finally refreshing to see a DA who isn't some badge bunny. The cops are so paranoid of this woman,that they are asking for a special prosecutor.

Elkindoofus, this is going to be well beyond your limited intellectual abilities but try to understand. All murders are homicides, but not all homicides are murders. Homicide really just means the death of a human being. This isn't really even a subtle difference, but it will confuse you anyway. The coroner ruling a death to be a homicide isn't an indictment of anyone.

I feel this will be the turning point in citizens bending over backwards to be PC to the point of saying enough, is enough. This was nothing more than black racists given positions that they abused. This was a wake up call.

Homicide is not merely "the death of a human being."
Homicide is the killing of one person by another.

Getting killed by a falling rock is not a homicide unless someone dropped it on you.
But even then the homicide is not necessarily "murder".
It could be "manslaughter" or "justifiable", for example.

If the Medical Examiner says it's a homicide, that means it wasn't a suicide or an accident where another person wasn't involved, like you're desperately hoping it was.

Also, cops are leaking that the mayor knows very well some of the more serious charges are baseless, but she favors them anyhow for political reasons.

The prosecutor and the mayor are setting their sights too high. Both are attorneys and know, no way in hell are those charge going to stick plus it's came out the DOJ helped them draft the charges. In in the wake of the Rodney King Police trial who were all found not guilty, this could make South Central L.A. look like a bar room brawl. Somehow, I can't help but to think that's part of the plan. Black leaders from Obama on down want a race war and with them in control of DOJ and the military they figure they can't lose.

This is classic Saul Alinsky -- dividing on the basis of race.

Lynch wouldn't have gotten the job at DoJ if she didn't satisfy Obama that she would favor her race as Holder did.

Imagine if you were a Balto cop. Wouldn't you just fail to arrest people and sort of semi-retire on the job knowing that the mayor and the prosecutor are just looking at race alone?
