Lot's of people owe Baltimore police apologies

Turns out Freddie Gray had spinal surgery a week prior to being arrested and received over 100K for spinal injuries he suffered from a car accident. He has a violent criminal history a mile long and another black male who was arrested and in the same van said Gray was a crazy fuck in the van as if he was trying to kill himself.

So will Obama say he's sorry to whites and police for his racist conclusions from day one?

Jason Downs, an attorney who is with Murphy's firm and represents Gray's relatives, said, "We have no information or evidence at this point to indicate that there is a prior pre-existing spinal injury as a result of the traffic accident. Paperwork was filed in December allowing Gray and his sister, Fredericka to each collect an $18,000 payment from Peachtree Settlement Funding, records show. In exchange, Peachtree would have received a $108,439 annuity that was scheduled to be paid in $602 monthly installments between 2024 and 2039.

In her documents, Fredericka Gray checked "other" when asked to describe the type of accident. She also said that the date of the accident was "94/99" and that she was a minor when the case was settled. In his documents, Freddie Gray checked "work injury, medical malpractice and auto accident" as the type of accident.
No wonder the Police aren't releasing any information concerning his injuries at this point.

Yeah, it gets a bit problematic when you can't actually show any evidence of a preexisting spinal injury.
It makes it look like you might have killed someone through negligence, at the very least.

We shall see in the fullness of time, but one reason to delay the autopsy report would be black rage if the report reveals a prior spinal injury and the self-injury disclosed by the other criminal in the van.

There's can only be one reason they're delaying releasing a report, they haven't found anything to charge the police with so the mayor and the police chief are telling them to find something because they need some police blood to give the demonstrators. Apparently the information they do have only supports the police so they know releasing that isn't what the people of Baltimore want to hear.

Sure, the police a desperately looking for evidence to use against the police and can't find any.
That's the only possible reason they're delaying a report.

Do you even read the stupid shit you post?

Once a year, on a quiet rainy day, I set time aside to enjoy the wonderful prose posted by Mr. Forbes.

Well the Mayor came out today and said "we" haven't given up on proving the police are responsible for Freddie's death.

Haven't given up proving the police did it? Shouldn't the investigation be about finding out what happened instead of "trying" to have a given outcome?

Like I said blacks all the way to Obama are going to have to eat some humble pie for turning this in a racial incident and calling the police murders. Just wait until no matter how hard they try, they can't come up with a way charge any of the police, things are going to get silly, pass the popcorn.

Once every decade, usually on a crisp autumn morning, I set aside a few minutes to read over all the worthwhile things posted by Clownsicker.

Then I forget about him for the remainder of the decade.
