The UAW president, Dennis Williams, said Ford's announcement is "disappointing, but not any more disappointing than GM's prior decision to invest $5 billion in Mexico,” or those made by all six of the top-selling automakers in the U.S. market.
So Government Motors led the charge to move many of their operations to Mexico, not a peep from liberals but when Ford decides to invest half the amount GM has in Mexico in order to compete, liberals whine. The UAW is pushing more jobs out of country where the work can be done not only cheaper but better. My recommendation is if it bothers you write letters, they'll listen to you. ;)

Japanese cars are more American than American cars are American.

GM cars are shitty anyway, no wonder why they are so popular in the red states...

Weren't they saying Cadillac quality had been better lately?

......The proponents of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) tell us that it will have unprecedented “progressive” protections for the rights of working people, the environment, even wildlife. So there is likely to be flowery-sounding language in TPP, just as President Obama says.....
