Have you dudes noticed the sudden influx of viewers?

Where just a few days ago one of our posts would get maybe 10 views a day, now it's over a 100. What event happened in the last two days that would have so many people checking what's being said on blogs? Same thing happened on another blog site I belong to, someone wants to know what's being said about current events by real people.
