New York's Jobs Program

I just saw New York's ad on TV that outlines the new program to entice businesses to move to New York. Free property tax for 10 years, no sales taxes for 10 years and no state income taxes for 10 years. they claim that the program has brought 2800 jobs to New York State.
I wonder how much each of those jobs have cost the New York tax payers?
I wonder if the businesses have hired New York citizens or brought much of their old workforce with them?
I wonder what was the impact on the states that lost the businesses?
i don't have the figures but this doesn't sound like a cost effective program.

I wonder what the business already there think about new businesses not having to pay taxes for 10 years like they do! How is that fair?

Interestingly, the NY jobs program knows the problem -- that NY taxes are too high.
It seeks to lure business by giving a decade-long break from those taxes, thus showing NY realizes its own embedded Democrat tax structure stops businesses from wanting to move there.
If NY just cut taxes, it could lure business, but 10 yrs isn't long enough.

I suppose they are going to send the stock exchanges and financial industries to Texass?
That conservative kool aid has Tardo hooked.
I can't wait to see when the collapse in oil prices craters the Texas economy...Drill Baby Drill!!!

It would be a good idea for any business, including stock trading places, to consider moving away from high-tax, low-freedom, high-illegal immigration New York.

It's happening, exactly why NY is offering to waive taxes for 10 years for any new business that will relocate there, NY is in trouble.
