Two weeks ago, we learned that the Clinton Foundation accepted contributions from foreign countries. Assurances from the Obama administration and Clinton aides that no donations were made during her tenure as secretary of State were proven false. A crime.

Now The New York Times is reporting that Clinton used a personal email account to conduct government business as secretary of State, a violation of federal requirements that her records be retained and secured on a government system.

Imagine the number of top secret emails she sent and received on a private email account maintained by a private contractor, it goes beyond criminal it displays an the utter contempt Hillary has with rules she feels that don't pertain to her. If she was any other government worker, they would be raiding her house and seizing the computers and servers with our Nation's secrets on it and she would be behind bars talking to her lawyer.

Where are the raids, why are they allowing this secret sensitive government information to remain in private hands?

Knowing that Hillary has some of this Nation's highest secrets and strategy plans on her private computers and servers owned by a private firm you would just call for an inquiry and not getting that information back into secure government control as quick as possible? I'm sure there will be an inquiry, a VERY SERIOUS inquiry conducted by DOJ with results expected by 2017 if it still makes any difference by then.

So the big question is, when Obama, or anyone else got classified emails from Hillary from Clinton.com didn't they take action to tell her to use secure State Department systems that retain the emails, rather than private email address?

Hillary has only made one statement concerning this breaking news: "My private email system is very secure and I had every expectation they would be retained as agency records. I had assumed my aides were preserving them over to department servers; I had thousands of employees under me and couldn't keep track of every little detail such as email storage. I'm surprised as anyone to learn my aides failed to retain the emails, the guidelines are very clear on that matter. "
