Discussing opposition to his executive amnesty orders at an immigration town hall Wednesday, Obama said he would veto any vote by Congress that attempts to stop his immigration plans because his actions are “the right thing to do”:
“So in the short term, if Mr. McConnell, the leader of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House, John Boehner, want to have a vote on whether what I’m doing is legal or not, they can have that vote. I will veto that vote. “What we’ve done is we’ve expanded my authorities under executive action and prosecutorial discretion, neither Congress nor the court system will keep me from doing what I feel is the right thing to do."

Tool, that's what every President does. They prosecute the laws they find most important to them.
Obama didn't invent this crap.
Besides, Obama is doing for the Republicans just what they want done. They just won't come out and admit it.
Republicans don't want 12 million undocumented immigrants sent home.
The Republicans haven't allowed Federal judges to be appointed for years (there is a several year backlog of nominations and dozens of empty benches waiting) so how can any President prosecute anything but the laws they support until there are judges to hear the cases?

Dems are very, very shortsighted to want a president to be a dictator.
There will not always be a Dem president like Obama.
As Obama himself noted 22 times on clear video, he DOES NOT HAVE the constitutional authority to grant amnesty.
Even if Boehner and McConnell are spineless, this is NOT the way American government should be.
Obama is not some caudillo.
