Making the frigid temps all the more bearable with your sweet playful bit of fun! Your soft creamy curves compliment the tones of that green, rusty classic so well. Lovely works, BabyCakes

Wow! Thank you for your kind words Bree!! I would've tried to move the tripod around for more variety but I'm not going to lie...it was effin cold out!!! Lol
Still trying to get used to brushing off some of the comments though...yikes I don't think I'll ever get over how rude some people can be. Not just on mine, but others contris too. :x

I LOVE this set!
I'm a gearhead, so I guess it makes sense.
Trust me, you are hot enough to melt all that snow in the pics!
(PS, sent you a PM, too.)

BabyCakes, I agree with Bree and Thumper; your contri is fantastic! The snow was perfect for showing off your lovely breasts and perfect skin. Heck, you have even gotten me interested in old trucks!

Aww, you're so welcome!
Don't even bother wasting your thoughts on those silly negative comments. The positive far out-weigh them anyway. One thing about being on this playground for as long as I have...you do grow a thicker skin. But realizing that you'll never be everyone's cup of tea is ok. What's the saying : You can please some of the people all of the time, all of the people some of the time but you'll never please all of the people all of the time. Now, if only they followed the advise of the wise mother of Thumper in the Disney Classic "Bambi" : If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all. That would be nicer - lol. You have no worries though...you're a cutie with a creative eye who can bare it all AND capture it even in the cold white fluffy stuff!
Good job. Looking forward to your next adventure

Thanks guys and gal!! And Bree...I totally get it. I know that any person that posts is open to all sorts of comments/criticism. So thankfully they have that thing called a delete button.

I've used it a few times. Lol thankfully I found my way to forums earlier on! You are all so awesome and respectful!

What an awesome set of pics... I'm stunned you took those on your own. That just makes then doubly cool (no pun intended).

BabyCakes, another great set of photos. I look at your shots and try and figure out why I like them so well. One of the many things I like about your pics is that they are uncluttered- if that makes any sense. And although you may not be in the center of the shot, the eye is always led back to you.
What Bree said is great advice. Grow a thick skin and try to ignore the bashers. It has been an "issue" ever since I've been coming here and it's not likely to change. There will always be people out there who will be rude just because they can. Even the best pics on here get rude comments.
From a photography point of view, it's hard enough to get a decent shot when someone else is driving the camera. Having done some self shots recently, I know how hard it is to do self shots- let alone out in the snow and without a remote. GREAT stuff!

Thanks again all!!
Star: I love yours as well!! In fact I was just looking at your contri again last night! Haha
FF: hahaha that pun put a smile on my face for sure!
John: I often use the "rule of thirds". I try not to center my shots all the time, instead using other ways to draw the eye back to what I want seen. Glad you like them!! Although I won't ever refuse offered help on the photography end of it...so challenging just to do one set of pictures. Haha I can't wait for spring/summer when I have more outside time to play around rather than freezing my buns off!

A little late (catching up here) but just wanted to say those pics are superb Babycakes! You have many admirers and self pics are hard to do, especially in those freezing temps. Beautifully done!

BabyCakes, your "rule of thirds" seems to work well for you. You seem to have a great eye for what looks good. A few years ago there was a guy named "Lothario" on VW that had a great eye for photography. He could take the most mundane object and make it look good. And what he could do with a naked woman was something else. You have a similar type eye for making things look good.
I was reading some of the comments on your contri and one person said something about it would have been a good set of pics even without you being naked in them. With the addition of a naked body you took what is an interesting shot and turned it into something outstanding!
Great stuff! And if you ever want any help with someone to hold your camera... or move the tripod around... I'll be glad to volunteer.

John... my ears were burning.
I've been looking at you BabyCakes... over in the gallery section and I must say MAN what beautiful images... those in the light and shadows are so beautiful! Really!!
and I can't even imagine getting out on that cold day like that... I had to put my socks on just to look.. my feet were getting cold... but my "moist areas" were warming up nicely! That set of pics were hot and cold!
What a cool Ford truck too... what is it about a '46? Maybe we could see another set with this truck when it warms up good.. if it ever will... I'd like to see a tour of the inside with the dash... maybe the bed... of course with you ALL over it with your nice curves complimenting the those of the truck! mmmmm.... but mostly I'd like to see you more! hehehe
