I can't watch the video so I don't know what it's about. (I don't "sign in" and give my email to anything besides this site.)

I'm guessing it shows someone losing it over what appears to be 'nothing'.
Sometimes it's just a subjective perception. (misperception?)

One time my wife and I were on a ferry (she was driving) and when we were being unloaded, my wife suddenly went off on the (white) deck hand who was directing traffic around a driverless car on the car deck. This really surprised me because this sort of thing virtually never happens without justification with her. I hadn't noticed the guy treating her any differently than he treated everyone else, but she felt he had disrespected her.

Since this sort of thing is almost never an issue with her, I have to accept that just maybe the guy had been insulting in some way with an intentionally brusk gesture or facial expression that I missed, but I suspect that it was mostly just a misperception. I suspect the deck hand probably gets upset at the person absent from their car and his frustration with that driver may appear to be frustration with the drivers who are where they should be. Who knows?

Or maybe the person in the video had already been disrespected a couple times that day and the fries were just the last straw for them. The fries might have little to do with it.
Or maybe the person is mentally ill but isn't getting the care they need?

There could be any number of reasons the event in your video took place.
It's hard to judge if you aren't there, and even if you are there, you don't know what you might have missed.
But what I do know is that there are many cases of intentional rudeness or passive aggressive insults that are frequently leveled at blacks for reasons I fail to see, which leaves the feeling that they are simply racially motivated.

That said, I also witness behavior by blacks that I consider simply unacceptable and without justification.
Another time we were in a movie theater and a black couple in the row behind us were talking loudly all the way through the movie. (They seemed unable to understand that it wasn't a documentary film and that the behavior of the whites in the movie wasn't actually happening.) I finally turned around and (politely) asked them to stop talking. They were rude in return and continued talking the rest of the movie. When we got to the lobby after the show I approached them and told them how rude their behavior was to everyone else in the theater. They went off on me, ranting, calling me a "white devil" and both of them looked almost psychotic to me. I don't know if they were mentally ill or Nation of Islam or what their problem was. But I've seen whites act just as badly and just as crazy.

Maybe you could describe for me what you see in the video.

Take me to Liberia, to a college campus, for example, and I will find educated blacks that would never act as the person in the youtube video acts.
