The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating after a song performed at a retired officer’s party reportedly mocked Michael Brown, who was fatally shot by a Ferguson, Missouri, police officer, as looking “like some old Swiss cheese.”
The song, parodied after the 1970s Jim Croce hit “Bad, Bad Leroy Brown,” was performed Dec. 15 at a party organized by retired LAPD Officer Joe Myers at an Elks Lodge in Glendale.
And Fox news will be picking up on this story in 3...2...1...

The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating after a song performed at a retired officer’s party reportedly mocked Michael Brown
Even the ACLU came out today denouncing the PC move by the Los Angeles Mayor's order that the PD investigate a song "reportingly" played at a retired police officer's private party. Damn liberals gone wild trying to control what private citizens are allowed to listen to. Leave it to Elk to agree with them.

Justme claims he has nothing to hide, now sources the ACLU in an ethics investigation unrelated to any claims involving 1st amendment violation(s).
So what else is new in bizzaro land???

That's the danger of giving liberals power, they see private citizens listening to a song at a private event they don't like as a "ethics violation". So tell me how is a ethics violation for a retiree from "any job" to listen to any song he wishes to listen to at his or her private party? A liberal with power is a Nazi.

A Ferguson, Mo., police spokesman has been put on unpaid leave after initially denying, then admitting that he referred to a memorial for Michael Brown as a "pile of trash" to a Washington Post reporter.
Post reporter Jose A. DelReal called Officer Timothy Zoll, the Ferguson Police Department’s public relations officer, after some residents claimed a motorist had intentially driven a car through a memorial to the 18-year-old who was shot and killed by a Ferguson police officer in August.
“I don’t know that a crime has occurred,” Zoll told DelReal on Friday. “But a pile of trash in the middle of the street? The Washington Post is making a call over this?”
Zoll inititally denied making the statement but later admitted to the remarks and to misleading his superiors when confronted on the issue, the city said in a statement Saturday night....

The Washington Post, still resting on its Watergate laurels, would never investigate Benghazi or the lies told about Obamacare.
But the Post does have time to race-bait because the Post was wrong about Michael Brown, who was a criminal who assaulted a cop.

They don't have to investigate, johnfantassin. The Republicans already did.
The Benghazi bullshit was debunked already by the Republican-controlled House Intelligence Committee report released back in November, johnny.
They said what six previous investigations said.
They found no wrongdoing by the CIA, Military or Obama administration appointees.
Try to keep up.
Just how many times do you need to be told something before it sinks into your thick skull?

Nobody has provided a Benghazi timeline for Obama and Hillary.
We know Obama knew it was a terrorist attack, went to bed, went on a fundraiser to Vegas, and 2 weeks later at the UN was still trying to spread the lie about a video.
Hillary looked the mother of Sean Smith in the eye, and lied.
The Washington Post, still resting on its Watergate laurels, would never investigate Benghazi or the lies told about Obamacare.
But the Post does have time to race-bait.

Obama three weeks after the attack "I promise the American people and the world I won't rest until those responsible are brought to justice"

Clownhacker recently claimed I was 1000 years old.
The truth is I'm only 800 years old.
Still, I do remember Shakespeare -- or "Willie," as we all called him in the neighborhood -- saying precisely that.

The LAPD is investigating because they want to determine if there was a violation of their code of ethics, which just happens to extend to off duty activities.
Perhaps you don't think it is unethical for police to have a racist perform a tasteless parody at a police charity event. But that's an indictment of the conservative ideology more than anything else.

Great, johnny, then you won't mind posting a reference, such as a play/act or sonnet or letter where he said it.
But you won't because you can't.
You're useless.

But you shouldn't do that because RealTool isn't smart enough to realize you just admitted you were both wrong and he will go on believing Shakespeare said it.
You're encouraging his ignorance and arrogance, which is worse than unkind.

I've tried so hard, the queer, to show that Clownslacker is nobody's dream.
Yet he's afraid each thing I do is just some evil scheme.
A memory from Clowntoker's lonesome past keeps him so far from reason.
Why can't we ease his doubtful mind and melt his dumb, dumb heart?

Jesus H. Chrisis, RealTool. Everything you read on the internet isn't true, you moron.
Didn't you notice your idiotic web page has no citation?
You have the ability to search all of Shakespeare's writings on the internet, but what does a moron like you do instead?
You double down on stupid.
Look here at "Not By Shakespeare":
http://www.notbyshakespeare.com/2012/04 ... e-unarmed/
Then search here for your imaginary quotation:
http://www.online-literature.com/shakespeare/
There is a box on that page where it says "Search all of William Shakespeare:"
Enter your made-up quotation you will find it doesn't exist in Shakespeare.
If you're too stupid to handle this task with step-by-step hand holding, then johnforbes is your only hope of finding suitable companionship in this lifetime.
Now, if you still don't realize you're a moron, it's because you're an incredibly ignorant moron.

Hey Clown , Elk is the one that posted the bullshit internet story that police were playing the song at one of their functions, don't try and blame it on me. Now you're trying to get me to believe what you "didn't" find on the internet about Shakespeare, you two make a good pair.

Because a liberal Mayor is abusing his power just for the fuck of it to infringe upon a private citizen's right to listen to what ever he wants to listen to. Trying to silence what a citizens listens to at a private party is Nazism.

It's not a 1st amendment issue.
It's potential breach of the code of ethics the cops need to follow.
If the cops have nothing to hide, perhaps they should post the song on the PBA website!!!
