NYPD officer in Eric Garner chokehold death not indicted by Staten Island grand jury
‘Oh my God, are you serious?’ Garner’s widow, Esaw Garner, told The Daily News about the grand jury’s decision not to charge Officer Daniel Pantaleo. ‘You can see in the video that he (the cop) was dead wrong!’ There had been warnings earlier that a decision not to indict the white policeman with a crime for killing a black man would fan tensions.
Mayor de Blasio said he spoke with Attorney General Eric Holder and that the Justice Department will be pushing ahead with their own probe of Pantaleo’s actions and promise they will not the black man's death go unchecked.
* President Obama also weighed-in on the Staten Island tragedy after consulting with Holder.
“This is an issue we've been dealing with for too long and it’s time for us to make more progress than we've made,” he said. “We're seeing too many incidences where people do not have confidence that folks are being treated fairly. When anybody in the country is not being treated equally under the law, it is my job as president to solve it. I promise the Grand Jury's decision is not the end, it's just the start, these killings of blacks will be stopped, people have had enough, now it's time for action.”

Obama solution, apparently, is for more black cops.
Of course, many young black males have already been convicted of crimes or can't read and waste their days like Michael Brown using illegal drugs.

Riots break out on this one too, the Brown's are in New York providing the grieving parents advice and hooking them up with lawyers, next Obama will be inviting them to the White House and to speak before the UN about racist America like he did the Brown family :lol: :lol: :lol:

Nobody really in a choke can talk.
If you've ever been a judo player, you know that.
Exactly, if you can't breath you can't talk. The thug had been arrested 30 times and was a violent giant who met his match, had he complied with the Officer instead of struggling and fighting he would be back on the streets after his 31st arrest. The world is better off and the streets safer, future victims have been spared because of a hero who took him on. Two thumbs up for the Officer! Thank God there are still real men willing to do that thankless job

You get a fucking citation for selling open cigarettes on the street. Basically like a speeding ticket. But the cops choke out and kill a guy when they could have easily written up a ticket and walked away.

Elkin, you don't know judo or jiu-jitsui if you don't understand what I posted.
When carotid pressure is applied, the person loses consciousness very rapidly.
Nobody who is really in a chokehold is capable of discussing whether he can breathe.

You also get arrested if you have a failure to appear warrant, the thugs mistake was thinking he could take on a real man, he tried he lost.
