Asked in an interview on Sunday about a request from an official in Iraq’s Anbar Province for ground troops, National Security Adviser Susan Rice stressed that no American military commander has recommended or brought possible “ground combat forces” in Iraq.
“That's not come up the chain to anybody at the White House. And I don't anticipate that it will,” Rice said on NBC’s “Meet the Press.”
She said President Obama “has been very plain that this is not a campaign that requires or even would benefit from American ground troops in combat again."
As Joe Wilson would say "YOU LIE"

When asked during a Press Briefing why the 2,000 plus U.S. Soldiers now in Iraq aren't considered boots on the ground, the White House redefined boots on the ground. Press Secretary Josh Earnest explained that boots on the ground is a military term used to describe large organized combat units with heavy equipment directly engaged in combat.
So there you have it, watch for thousands of more soldiers "without heavy combat equipment"or being allowed to organize into large groups to be deployed. They will be expected to fight a Susan Rice type of war to keep the media off of Obama's back.

As we all know, the Donkey-Rats are highly accomplished liars.

Susan Rice only had one comment concerning Iraqi forces abandoning a strategically important base in Anbar today "Well our Embassy in Iraq is still open"
