WASHINGTON (AP) — An al-Qaida cell in Syria that was targeted in American military airstrikes last month could still be working on a plan to attack the United States or its allies and is "looking to do it very, very soon," the head of the FBI says.

"Given our visibility we know they're serious people, bent on destruction," FBI Director James Comey said.
Comey said the U.S. believes there are about a dozen Americans fighting alongside extremist groups in Syria. He said if someone has fought alongside the Islamic State militant group and comes back to the U.S., "we will track them very carefully."

The Obama Administration has to go! Why in the hell would let know terrorists into the United States when we would kill them if we had the chance while they're in Syria?

The nice thing for those terrorists is, the Obama has let them know they can come back to the U.S. and they should be careful because the FBI will be watching them. Holder will probably require attorneys walk the terrorists through their rights and explain exactly what the FBI will and won't do while watching them when they do come back. Watch for it.

The FBI can't arrest them because they haven't done any crimes in the United States so the most they can do is watch them when they return. All Americans have rights even those who go to other countries to fight for what they believe in. If they do criminal acts when they return, then they can be arrested.

What we have is another case of Obama ignoring a law he doesn't agree with, just like he ignores our immigration laws. Providing support to a foreign terrorist organization is a felony, Obama is just choosing not to enforce it in this case. It should be of concern to citizens, deep concern.

Tokyo Rose was arrested and tried for treason at the end of WWII....and the only thing she did was broadcast on the radio. So I think these guys that join ISIS can be arrested and tried. There is a precedent.

There has to be a declared war before there can be treason charges, Congress has not declared war.

The president has to ask Congress to declare war. Obongo will not go to war against his muzzie brethren. There is a young, snot nosed punk currently in custody in Chicago who only declared his intent go to to Syria and join ISIS. I think someone who had fought against the US would certainly qualify for arrest. Or so says the head of the FBI in an interview I heard last night.

No need to declare war to make a charge of treason.
