Judge Denies DOJ Request to Delay Release of Fast and Furious Document List . U.S. District Court Judge John D. Bates has denied a request from the Department of Justice to delay the release of a list of Operation Fast and Furious documents being protected under President Obama's assertion of executive privilege.

Keeps getting better. The Judge called the White House out on their argument that the documents fall under executive privilege as the reason they won't be released.

"A President can only invoke executive privilege over documents and information the President was directly involved in planning or execution of. Both the White House and the DOJ testified before Congress on several occasions that they had no prior knowledge of the operation. The White House can't now come back and claim executive privilege over the subpoenaed documents, that's not how our system works. Either the White House and the DOJ conspired, then lied to Congress to cover the operation up, or there's an attempt to cover it up now with abuse of power."

This is why Holder chose to pull the pin now. All the talking heads say he will never be prosecuted for any of his crimes though. No matter anyway. The Dear Leader would only pardon him on the way out the door anyway just as Clinton pardoned (through Holder) Mark Rich at the end of Clinton's term (when Rich was still on the lam no less!).

If Holder were a Republican, all the Useful Idiots around here would be confidently predicting that in the next few days Holder would be arrested, handcuffed and "Frog Marched" from the Justice department into the nearest jail.

But, sadly, that is not to be.

By injecting politics and race into law enforcement, Holder's legacy has eroded more confidence in our legal system than any AG before him. I can assure you real Federal Law Enforcement Officers across this country partied hard last night when they heard Holder was leaving.

The cleansing of DOJ now needs to take place. Holder brought in over 200 high level cronies and placed them in key positions throughout our federal law enforcement system, none of which were qualified for the jobs, all of which were brought on board to help Holder and Obama with the liberal agenda by going after political enemies while protecting political allies.
