The autopsy by Brown's own hired gun proved his hands weren't up. Their good doctor said their baby had four bullet holes and that all six shots entered his little body from the front. Now put your thinking caps on boys, if the little guy's arms were up the four bullets would have entered from the underside of the arm, not the front...arguments over, his hands were not up when he was shot!

One story (of the many emerging) is that the cop was almost beaten unconscious, came to, saw the kid rushing, and shot him.

That could happen, but this discussion illustrates the many perils of discussion without the facts.
