History books and blacks who lived during that time will tell you in the 50's the black community was much different at that time, they had stable families with a father and mother at home raising their children. The men worked hard and many black owned businesses thrived. A white women could walk through a black neighborhood at night with out fear. Sure there was racism, sure there was segregation but nothing like we see today. Then came LBJ with his great society. He instituted the welfare system, the results of which we are seeing today. He actually said " I'll have them ni**ers voting democrat for the next 200 years" He knew exactly what he was doing, just as black leaders do today, they destroy the lives of blacks to control them. The democrat party is responsible the 78% of black children born out of wedlock, they're responsible for creating a situation where black men are raised with hatred, they are responsible for the lack of morality in the black community. In other words they are responsible for all of the problems in the black community. Since LBJ it has been straight downhill for blacks. The fact is the average white family also was better off in the 50's than they are today, but black families were totally destroyed by Democrats plan to get their votes, many whites refused the plantation offer of free handouts for slavery to the agenda.

So was all of this a mistake by well intentioned Whiteys in power? Or is it the manifestation of the evil racist policies of the Whiteys in power?

In the world, there is a spectrum of physical fitness. Every person is somewhere on it.

From a mound of fat like Grog, it is a long distance to a person such as myself.

I'm not "bragging" in any way, shape, or form about my level of fitness.

Anybody -- even a slob like Grog -- could, with the same discipline, do the same thing.

Much of life is about discipline; fitness is, and unless a person is a rare genius like Buffett, so is investing.
