The IRS is the most corrupt, inefficient, bureaucrat and outdated public agency in the United States. No one knows what they really should be paying and then you have the millions who pay nothing and get away with it. They estimate that a 10% flat sales tax would more than replace the money the IRS rapes and abuses from us.

Most people know the IRS is outdate, bloated and corrupt, they no longer serve the public, the public serves them. Time to flush the toilet and start over with a system that's fair and transparent.

It can be done, just like Obamacare...out with the old and in with the new.
Obama has the means to do it .....he has his phone and his pen.

That's the problem with a liberal's brain, it's weak and fights progress. How do does one avoid paying a required 10% consumption tax by breaking a law? If you buy something you pay the tax...period or you don't get the product. No more cheating, everyone feels the effect of more government spending, no more reading through thousands of regulations that change daily to try and figure out what you should be paying, no more walking away from your fair share of the taxes. You spend more you pay more, the poor have little to spend so they pay little taxes.

I haven't really thought about the implications of a flat sales tax.

But almost anything is better than the present tax code.

And the dishonest IRS.
