In Chicago only criminals have guns, we see the results every day. Imagine the killings if other cities were to ban guns to lawful citizens as Obama land has.

The bloodshed began just before 2 p.m. Friday. By Sunday, four were dead and 29 wounded in shootings across the city.

Another place where guns were banned for decades is D.C., where even long ago it wasn't safe for a law-abiding citizen to walk there at night.

People living in 50 of the largest cities, in fact, accounted for 67% of all firearm homicides...In addition, children and teens aged 10 to 19 in these areas — more than 85% of them male — accounted for 73% of all firearm homicides

Quite a different reality than the lies put forth by gun control extremists about an out of control gun culture. The vast majority of gun related deaths are suicides.

The preamble to the CDC’s National Vital Statistics Reports Vol. 60, No. 3 cites 59.8% of all “firearm injury deaths” as suicides. With 79 percent of all firearm suicides committed by white men. The highest suicide rate was for white men older than 85 years of age -- 65.3 per 100,000 persons.

More evidence the vast majority of gun related death is inner city gang related involving minorities and old white men committing suicide. That doesn't sound like much of a case for restricting the rights of millions of law abiding gun owners.
