Putin Announces Pullback from Ukraine Border. MOSCOW — In an apparent attempt to halt the escalating violence in southeastern Ukraine, President Vladimir V. Putin said on Wednesday that Russia was pulling troops back from the border, and he urged Ukrainian separatists to call off a referendum on sovereignty they had hoped to hold on Sunday.
Speaking at the Kremlin after talks with the president of Switzerland, who is acting as the chief mediator for Europe in the crisis, Mr. Putin said that Russia wanted to give diplomacy a chance.
“We were told constantly about concerns over our troops near the Ukrainian border,” Mr. Putin said. “We have pulled them back. Today they are not at the Ukrainian border but in places of regular exercises, at training grounds.”

White House spokesman Josh Earnest said the U.S. had "no evidence" of a pullback, and NATO chief Anders Fogh Rasmussen told reporters that the alliance had "not seen any sign that Russia is withdrawing its troops."
Maybe, maybe not !

Of course no one has seen the withdrawal yet, he just announced to day it would be happening, it takes time, duhhhh. Why do conservatives want Obama to fail so badly they wish for bad things to happen?

Putin was with the KGB and has a black belt in Kodokan Judo.
He realizes Obama is a weakling and that he has weakened America to such an extent that no serious response will transpire whatever happens in Ukraine.

Obama's own people said it. No evidence of a pullback.
That's because Obama's people are telling the truth, Putin just announced today they would pull back, when asked if they had pulled back yet, Obama's people said not yet, it's misinformation by the right wing press. It may take weeks but conservatives act like it has to happen as soon as the words came from Putin's they would be pulling back. Why so dense and why so much hatred?

Why do liberals always display such hatred?
Because they cannot stand different opinions.
Liberals believe they have found the Leftist Truth, so they spew venom at the very notion that there could be other ideas of the role of govt.
That is why colleges have speech codes, and that is why Political Correctness now chills all rational discourse.
