We might finally see criminal charges against the banks for the rape of the world's financial system.

This was given as an excuse for not charging the banks up until now.

So, if you attempt to rob a bank and get caught, they can't put you in jail because it will impact your wife and kids. The consequences outweigh the law.

Same reason our Government hasn't been indicted although we have thousands of criminals involved in running it that are indicted ever year. Indictments are for individuals with names, not institutions.
