Back in November 2013 Obama announced through his mouthpiece Kerry, he would no longer enforce the Monroe Doctrine.
This February Putin sent an armed surveillance vessel to Cuba. This ship docked in Havana, armed with 30mm Guns and anti-aircraft missiles.
This morning The McLaughlin Group announced Russia is planning to conduct military exercises Latin America.



I'm guessing the Clown, is ready to give us all another lesson in international affairs and has a reasonable explanation why Obama is allowing this.
JFK was faced with a similar situation....but we all know by now, Barack Obama is no Jack Kennedy.

He chickened out on the promised air support for the invasion of Cuba by Cuban patriots to overthrow Castro which resulted in the slaughter that came to be known as the Bay of Pigs. Emboldened by Kennedy's lack of courage, Khrushchev sent ICBM missiles to Cuba. There followed a game of brinksmanship that very nearly lead to a nuclear exchange that ended when the Soviet premier decided to back down. Kennedy, and the world, got very, very lucky.

The Soviets, Russians or whatever you feel like calling them these days are never afraid to take advantage of a U.S. leader's lack of courage or willpower. Obongo has neither so we can expect Putin to continue to exploit this empty suit every chance he gets.
