The White House brushed off concerns Friday that, with the crisis in Crimea intensifying, now might not be the best time for President Obama -- and his vice president -- to both go on vacation.
The travel schedules of both the president and Vice President Biden have come under scrutiny, given the rapidly changing situation in Ukraine. Obama, already in Florida is planning to spend some family time in Key Largo, Fla., where he arrived late in the day. Biden, meanwhile, will be in the Virgin Islands, his second vacation trip to the islands this year. After their Key Largo vacation, Michelle and her daughters plan on continuing with an extended Spring Break vacation on a culture tour of China.

If Moo and the chilluns are smart, while they are in China they will inquire about the possibility of political asylum. At the rate the Dear Leader, "Bath House" Barry is fucking things up in this country, they may need a safe haven.

Bush Jr was criticized for continuing to read "My Pet Goat" to kids after 9/11.
Obama did the very same thing with the Ukraine crisis boiling.
Now Obama is going on yet another vacation.
Other than the insane costs the taxpayer is stuck with for having yet more soul concerts at the White House, it almost looks like America has no president.
Certainly it has no leader.

Bush spent tons of time on his ranch but it's a President's job to visit other places, call it vacation but Obama is still working, someone with a red phone to talk to any leader in the world is right next to him at all times. The visits to Florida and China are education related and for the good of all children.

It isn't a presidential job to tour the world on the taxpayer dime.
Cultural visits are good, and the Obamas should do that for their children, but doing on public money is disgusting at a time when the economy remains weak.
U-6 unemployment remains above 12 percent for February.
And where are Obama's handlers?
Why would they let Obama go to Florida, and let Biden go to the islands, when they should both at least be pretending to care about the Crimea?
