may have killed the VW expansion into Chattanooga TN.
The VW company wants the UAW union.
The employees were strongly for the UAW union.
Then the "small government, stay out of businesses way" Republican legislators interfered. Demonizing the UAW.
Yeh, sure, Republicans are for small government and non-interference with business. But, only when it suits their destruction of economic property agenda.

No question that unions played a role at one time.
But today almost all unions merely stifle growth.
And unions give almost totally to Democrats, who respond by helping unions, and it is a cynical circle of corruption.

Then the "small government, stay out of businesses way" Republican legislators interfered.
You mean they actually gave them facts? That sucks, informed voters are dangerous to the liberal agenda.

Gee, the two fact free morons make the obvious fact free statements we would expect.
It's about power and equality in negotiations. If large businesses didn't abuse their power then unions would be unnecessary. However, large businesses do abuse their power.

Sure, a large business can abuse its power.
Unions also do that, with great frequency.
As to calling others "morons," Bilbo would be wise to first learn how to spell "Russia."

VW management didn't stonewall the process.
It actually was conservative carpetbaggers who led the anti unionize movement.

Like Obama....the Germans too, need to learn some American history. Maybe if they knew that Jimmy Hoffa was convicted right there in Chattanooga Tenn. for bribery of grand juror and sentenced to eight years....they might have a clue about how people felt about unions in that area.
