Credit ratings firm Moody's Investors Service on Thursday lowered its outlook for health insurers to "negative" from "stable," citing "uncertainty" swirling around the rollout of President Obama's health care law.

In a new report, the agency said that the outlook for insurance companies is no longer clear because the law's insurance exchanges haven't been attracting enough younger individuals. In addition, Moody's analysts were concerned that the Obama administration has been changing regulations after insurers had already set prices for the year.

The release noted, "Uncertainty over the demographics of those enrolling in individual products through the exchanges is a key factor in Moody's outlook change. ... Enrollment statistics show that only 24 percent of enrollees so far are between 18 and 34, a critical age group in ensuring that lower claim costs subsidize the higher claim costs of less healthy, older individuals. This is well short of the original 40 percent plus promised to the insurance companies by the Obama Administration."

Hey Moody's expect an IRS audit and a visit by Holder's goons. Palin's father has been audited every year since 2009 and the audits will continue until he conforms or shuts up. Actually he's passed every audit and it violates every IRS best practice to continue to year after year to audit him when he's found clean every time.

Palin’s Father Audited 6 Times Since 2008…No Audits in the Previous 45 Years. In all six instances, he has been found to be in compliance with no issues.

Just because a person hasn't gotten any speeding tickets, doesn't mean they don't speed.

If Mr. Palin Sr. is a conservative, we can safely assume he hates government, period. As such, he will undoubtedly try to avoid paying his rightful taxes. We witnessed this conservative trait in full bloom as Tea Party groups tried to deceive the IRS about their political activities.
