Cruz warns Obama's abuse of power is setting a precedent

Senator Ted Cruz said the Obama administration is breaking the law by repeatedly making changes to ObamaCare without going through Congress and that the changes are “flatly illegal under federal constitutional and statutory law.”

Cruz pointed out that if Obama's actions are allowed to stand than a precedent has been set amounting to an estoppel of the healthcare law that would allow the next President to make any changes he wants to Obamacare, including cancelling the law with nothing more than a speech.
Cruz is 100% correct, if the courts accept the current President can make changes to the law without going through Congress, they must accept future Presidents can also make changes to that same law.

Obamacare is bye bye in 2016, liberals will whine when the President effectively guts Obamacare through changes and claim the President can't do that, he has to go through Congress, the President's spokesperson will laugh and say let's move on, next topic.

There really are a lot of estoppel problems with the path Obama has been taking.

This would be just as big a problem if a Republican were taking them.

So far, we don't have dictators in America, and we should keep it so.
