It's been a whole 4 days since Michelle has had a vacation so the White House was converted to party central with several rooms and the ball room repainted and decorated just for Michelle's birthday party.
Stars like former NBA superstar Magic Johnson, singer Smokey Robinson, actor Samuel L. Jackson and 40 other famous black stars were in attendance. Several people said Beyonce brought the house down with several of her hit songs. Michelle Obama's invitations caused acontroversy last week when it was disclosed outside of close White House staff only blacks were invited, most coming in the from West Coast and Chicago.

Prior to the Obamas moving on up to the White House, it used to be the people's house, events held there were for either opened to the public, military or public workers, now it's a private party cave. I can only imagine how much of our national treasures have either been destroyed, given away or stolen. But hey it's 3 weeks in the year, Michelle deserves a big party to wind down from her 3 week Hawaii vacation, if it makes her feel good the millions of dollars we're paying is worth every dime. By the way Michelle is going to New York next week on a 3 day shopping spree with friends and staff, she says she needs a new wardrobe now that she's turned 50. She's spend a few thousand dollars of her money, tax payers will be millions for the trip.

Context matters too.
Given the weak economy, it is disgraceful for the Obamas to spend and spend and spend public monies.

Few token white folk at the party. Obama invited the Clintons , asshole Paul McCartney, and lesbo Billie Jean King. McCartney should have ruined that party like he ruined the Super Bowl....but I don't think he was asked to sing.

"Prior to the Obamas moving on up to the White House, it used to be the people's house, events held there were for either opened to the public, military or public workers..."-RealTool
You morons are unbelievable.
There have always been private birthday parties at the White House. ALWAYS.
For a private birthday party it is no surprise that only friends would be invited.
No honest person would expect any different.
Of course, RealTool and sillydaddy know this and RealTool is simply lying again.
He and sillydaddy say "So why don't they have any white friends? Hey, some of my best friends are nig...er, African-Americans."
Then they wonder why they isn't invited to Michelle's private birthday party and feign being outraged.

Yes, they had cakes and blew out candles, maybe even have some other family members present, please point out one birthday party Bush had where they had anything near Michelle's birthday party, never happened. We have a queen and a king living in the people's house, their outrageous use of America's resources needs to end.

Being both more white and more Arab Muslim than he is African black, "Bath House Barry" Obongo needs to burnish his street cred by associating with actual black people. He is, by his own admission, a mutt and a mongrel.
Of course this is in addition to being an utter and complete failure and as a president whose amateurish bumbling ineptitude is causing alarm among world leaders.
At this point, having been commanded by a yank on his leash, the junkie pot head stoner Clown Licker (nee Lucky) will perform his juvenile antics for your amusement.

Those who fault Michelle for celebrating her 50th birthday in the White house are just jealous. Obama won and with that comes the White House, as for Michelle, you go girl, enjoy and don't let the jealous losers get you down.

So what...
Do you want an apology from the president because he invited who he wanted to invite?

I would be satisfied if he just paid the tax payers back what that birthday party cost tax payers. Obama's own tax filings show 5 years ago he had a net worth of $1.4 million, five years as President and he's now worth $23.8 million, even with that amount of money he can't afford his family's life style, yeah I want an apology from Obama and I want him to start picking of Michelle's tabs.

Why would Obama report his net worth on his tax filings???

He is talking about Obama's public financial disclosures, which are readily available to the average citizen with a computer.
By the way, it makes fascinating reading to look up financial disclosures of Members of Congress, and everybody should avail themselves of that not for partisan purposes but to gain insight.
How a person handles money reveals a lot about them.
Romney's revealed an astonishing command of detail -- an array of partnerships which would humble many a person feeling satisfied with his investing skill.
Obama, before the blind trust days, just dumped a lot into Vanguard total market index vehicles, which isn't a bad way to go if you accept the arguments in books by Bogle and Malkiel et al.
Personally, I sleep better at night knowing fund managers, and me, are actually trying to outperform and won't just ride an index down when bear times return.

And it appears that Mrs. Obama engaged in some photo-bombing tomfoolery.
Grounds for impeachment? Let's check with must-see Hannity tonight!

Yep, the White House tax paid photographers were on standby for hours waiting on the staged event. Michelle's tomfoolery could have fed 50 African children for a year.

Yep. I don't know if that constitutes a high crime or a misdemeanor, but it's probably impeachable. Maybe you and Silly can get together and under the guise of touring the White House, you guys can facilitate a citizen's arrest on Obama.
It will probably make the news on liberal and conservative news networks, but you should take Forbes along to video it so we can see the uncensored version.

It constitutes a total disrespect for Americans paying for their extravagant lifestyle. Don't they know that Michelle's New York shopping spree last weekend could have fed 1000's of hungry American children for years?

Since it's upset you so much, get busy and do something about it. Contact Chairman Issa
http://issa.house.gov/contact/contact-me" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
and demand he put an end to this tomfoolery and taxpayer-funded lavishness.
Or better yet, take direct action when you file your tax stuff and tell the IRS that you refuse to pay ANY taxes until Obama is removed from office. That way you'll show them just how serious you are about this business.

But what Grog is saying is that he doesn't care at all about responsible, sensible behavior from politicians so long as he favors them ideologically.
That is the very same lack of responsibility which Democrats criticize in others.
In a weak economy, any decent person, any real "leader," would dial down lavish expenditures of public money.
Not the Obamas.
They view themselves as having an opportunity to stick their snouts in the public trough.
