Barbara Kay Bosserman is a low level attorney with the Justice Department and will be heading up an investigation of the biggest scandal in America's history. She will conclude low level employees were involved, there was no political intent, recommend changes in policies and conclude it was Bush's fault for not fully funding the IRS earlier to provide more workers and oversight resulting in the failure that occurred. She will then be promoted to a department head position.

Why waste money doing a biased investigation?

This is good. We can move beyond Issa's ultra partisan charade hearings and begin the prosecution, fining and imprisonment of conservative political groups and individuals that clearly broke the law by lying about their true nature and mission in order to avoid having skin the game by trying to weasel out of paying taxes. American taxpayers will be thrilled to see these people locked up.

Bravo to Obama and Holder for finally getting this going.
