Senator Ron Johnson sues on Obamacare saying that is unfair that Obama makes him choose which of his employes are kicked off their government supplies health care in the ACA exemption that takes congressional staff out of the default class of people who are required to keep their employer insurance.

But wait, That was not Obama, nor was it Democrats that put that Congressional staff exemption into law. it was Republicans who put that Congressional exemption into law.

Republicans bitten by their own assholishness. Now blaming in on others, failing to take responsibility for their own policies.

You're wrong Bilbo, please reference the Congressional Bill you speak of that modified Obamacare? Obama flicked fairy dust and unlawfully made an administrative change to Obamacare. Obama made the change, not Congress.

Mr. Johnson said the Obama administration should have come to Congress to fix the problem instead of issuing an administration rule. He did not outline a specific congressional solution but said he preferred a legislative fix per the law.
