Sarah Palin ruins a good news program

Just over two weeks ago, MSNBC host Martin Bashir delivered a harsh piece of commentary that culminated in the suggestion that someone should “s-h-i-t” in former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin‘s (R-AK) mouth. Bashir offered an abject apology on his next broadcast, but a chorus of critics continued to demand action against the host. After a reported “vacation” for the host earlier this week, Bashir announced, Wednesday afternoon, that MSNBC and Martin Bashir are parting ways.
Sarah Palin complained to the President of MSNBC and threatened to ask women to boycott MSNBC if Bashir wasn't fired. Bashir just made a joke that didn't go over well and he apologized, no way should he have been fired to appease ms fantasy pants.

Sometimes apologies aren't enough. Remember Paula Deen.

Of course it's Palin's fault he said someone should take a dump in her mouth, how dare Palin say something and get him in trouble.

MSNBC head Phil Griffin called Bashir a "good man."

Would he have felt the same way had Bashir suggested the same treatment for Michelle O as he did for Palin?

That's different, it would be racist in that case and a big no no.

It would certainly give Al Sharpton something to do.

Gone, goodbye.

He was a good man, but he stepped over the line.

Though, in hindsight, he was correct. Just much too graphic and abusive.

In reality, I think Palin should get the coverage she deserves. The radical reactionary media. Any legitimate news organization should ignore her.

Bashir should have listened to Nixon, who before resigning in 1974 realized that his political hate had destroyed himself.

MSNBC head Phil Griffin called Bashir a "good man," but we all know how quickly the race card would have been played had Bashir suggested the same treatment for Michelle O as he did for Palin.

BTW:

Sarah did not ruin the program. Bashir ruined the program. One need place the blame where it is deserved.

Sarah's evil is not justification.

Bilbo, you make the same mistake as Bashir.

You err in calling Palin "evil."

She is the mother of 5 kids, one a veteran, the other hardly rocket scientists. But she has a perfect American right to her opinions.

Bashir has a perfect right to his opinions, but he destroyed himself by irrational hatred.

Guess this is as good as any place

Bill Maher on Mrs. Palin: “If she thinks that Pope Francis is liberal, wait until she meets Jesus.”

Like all conservatives, Mrs. Palin is on her way to a considerably warmer eternity than she currently mis-believes.

Revelations and Evangilists have a term for Palin's kind: Satanist. Preaching a false Gospel.
