Insurance companies refusing to violate the law

Many people have approached insurance companies to get their old plans back that were cancelled but are being told doing so would violate the ACA which still says it's against the law for an insurance company to issue their old plans.

One insurance CEO says just because Obama gave a speech doesn't give them the right to violate the law, plus if they were to write a low cost policy that didn't cover everything they would be sued the first time they tried denying something not covered in the policy since the law says they have to cover it. The insurance company couldn't say "I don't care what the law says, Obama said in a speech we can write those type of policies"

So when is Obama going to keep his second promise they can get their policies back by changing the law?

Apparently, they are going to change the Obamacare open season until after the Nov 2014 election to try to hide the increases before the election.

Democrats have been tremendously dishonest on Obamacare.

Certainly politicians will be politicians. No adult would dispute that.

In the instant case, Obamacare was pushed forward by Democrats, who have been tremendously dishonest throughout this.

HHS is now going to push back the Obamacare open season past the 2014 election, which is stupendously dishonest and an attempt to avoid letting voters have salient info.
