Just when America thought there might be hope for blacks to pull themselves up and become productive citizens, Obama comes along and shuts them down, most are now just obsolete pieces of farming equipment. Teenage blacks occupy their time by playing "Knockout" while talking on their Obamaphones with their snap cards in their pockets. The few who have escaped their chains are conservatives but blacks don't consider them black enough, in fact they're right, conservative blacks who make their own way shouldn't be grouped in with the typical black, they're better than that.

Productive means not consuming more than you contribute. Blacks as a group are no where close to being productive citizens. Under Obama they have become even less productive.
