What in the world is "dipweed"?
I'm from a bucolic area, but never smoked or dipped a weed.
I did try a corn silk "cigarette" as a kid, though.
More to the point, did any legislators who voted for the mess of Obamacare know they were voting for a medical device tax?
Or for staggering premium cost increases?

The success of Obamacare hinges on a majority Americans buying and paying premiuns on health insurance they may not need to use for 30 or 40 years!

Exactly.
Obamacare will be affordable for older folks, but not for the young.
