Not only can I not see cotri's but can't log in with my email either for the help desk. Using IE10 and have reset cookies, history and all but still nothing

I am having issues too, at first I thought my phone was screwed up, but I can't view pics or videos from my pc either?
Maybe a host is down?

I'm on and can see the photos again...on the free side. Don't know about RC.
