Yes, these teabagger domestic terrorists in our Congress would be subject to criminal prosecution if they were not protected by their positions in Congress and were executives in a corporation or trustees of a trust.
Failure to act prudently.

Reid and Pelosi and Obama have actually called fellow Americans "anarchists" and "arsonists."
This brings liberal rhetoric to new levels of irrational hatred.

Sadly, it is factual that Reid and Pelosi and Obama have actually called fellow Americans "anarchists" and "arsonists."
