If you go to Spain, flash at the Alcazar in Sevilla...one of the entrances there to the garden...i've seen a female do this...her hubby was taking a pic. She was really gorgeous...couldn't tell if she was an American or not.

If you're going to Barcelona, check out the beach. Lots of guys are always checking out the women there....there are quite a few women there, not sure if tourists, that go w/o panties. Maybe your wife can be part of that too..
