AP- UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon was questioned as to why it's taking so long to test the samples collected in Syria, considering the United States determined immediately after the event it was banned chemical weapons used. Ki-moon explained that testing the samples takes several weeks to be certain of what was used and that the United States is going off of what they've been told by questionable sources and remote intelligence rather than basing their analysis on science and facts. He cautioned that even if it is determined banned chemical weapons were used, the UN has been presented with conflicting evidence as to who may used them. Ki-moon emphasize he has reason to question what he called "massaged evidence" presented by the United States.

If the House doesn't defeat Obama's lunacy, history will not look with kindness on this sort of crazy behavior.

I will be for voting anyone in the House or the Senate that supports Obama's lunacy out of office.

Now all the sudden the diplomat-scholar dual tag team of JustFreedBaghdadBobMe and his erstwhile esquire and escort, Forbes, are concerned about what the U.N. says?

It is a delight!

The Russians see what an incompetent idiot we have in Obama and want him to remain President of the US.....that's good for them. So they decided to intervene on his behalf and defuse the situation with Syria. Knowing Obama he is positioning himself to take full credit for saving the world from chemical weapons.

Or, in the real world, Putin was the one who blinked.

But, that doesn't fit with the Fox Nation narrative or conservative beliefs, so it can't be the case.

Where's JustFreedBaghdadBobMe with his expert and learned analysis? Is he still Skyping with Forbes? Jeez. How many times do they have to do "it?"

You know you can say "no" once in a while, Forbes.

Sadly we should put more trust in Putin and the UN than Obama on matters concerning Syria.

It only happens every so often, but the situation in Syria is ideal for the UN to do something.

Or be totally consigned to futility.

Kerry and Obama both came to public notice as anti-war people. Kerry reviled an entire generation of veterans with his lies. Obama supporters called Bush every name in the book for invading Iraq.

Now suddenly, with very iffy "evidence," with no allies, with no congressional support, with no strategic vision, with no exit plan, Kerry and Obama want to strike Syria.

The irony would be delicious were the matter not serious.
