Some things are important enough remember and celebrate, join in VW and celebrate the Freedoms that make our community possible...!rockclimber wrote:The Fourth brings fourth some time to reflect,

A Birthweek in celebration, from July Four to Eleven,
A celebration of struggles we as a nation all face,
A week to reflect on the Joys of everyday life,
In a nation where freedom is rife,
To slow our daily pace,
and give thanks for all our cherished gifts of heaven,
So join in Friends of VW COFF,
And celebrate the freedom that lets us here be free, clothing OFF.....!

Rockclimber: Happy 4th and let FREEDOM ring and stay in place. Things are changing to fast, and passed a couple laws that will make things jump to change before our eyes and maybe take away our freedom. A week long celebration, maybe when I was young. Can't do that any more......one day is plenty enough. Have fun.

All the more reason to remember what is important and unique about our national experience and celebrate our unique values as a nation of one people, the American people.
This is an international site, but it is one that owes it's existence to this free society the American people have crafted based on a simple declaration of Freedom in the summer of 1776.
Join in and celebrate!

Well, I'm a day late, but not too late methinks....
Birthday celebrations merit more than a day I think and after all why bother with freedom if it isn't to benefit the ones we love? That's why we all work the long hours, sacrifice, save and plan for the future and wok to build a free society; for the benefit of the ones we love and our children.
So Happy Birthweek America and all the one's we love!
(Well, for Beagles too, they love free meals and belly scratches.....)
