The trial is just starting but the not guilty verdict or hung jury is already in. Maybe you missed the fact that one of the jury members is a Hispanic. Hispanics and blacks in Florida are at war, they hate each other. Zimmerman who is Hispanic is that Hispanic jury member's hero. Her mind is made up, one last black thug to harass Hispanics.

The government’s star witness in the George Zimmerman prosecution is a 19-year-old Miami woman who has used her Twitter account to occasionally comment about the murder case and this week tweeted followers a photo of her new manicure with the caption “Court nails.”

In an April 2012 interview with Florida investigators, Jeantel recalled that a “scared” Martin told her he was being followed by a white man as he walked through a gated community in Sanford, Jeantel contends that she heard Martin ask the man, “Why you following me for?” The “old man,” she added, replied “What you doing around here?”

Before even taking the stand, Jeantel has caused problems for prosecutors. Earlier this year, government lawyers had to acknowledge that Jeantel lied under oath when she claimed that the reason she did not attend Martin’s funeral was due to a hospitalization.

In a February 24 tweet, Jeantel appears to reference Martin’s killing nearly a year earlier. “In church wit friends n im jus think bout last year sunday wow I should have been in church the whole day and night omg made lord be with me.” A following tweet noted that “they black ass laugh bout last year…they ass goin to hell for laugh bout that shit. Dat mutha fuckin spic who shoot him gonna pay for da shit he put my fine ass through”

Rachel Jeantel testified " Trayvon told me on da phone dat a "creepy-ass cracker" was watching him. Den I heard da man be talkin at Trayvon akin wat he doin den I hear the wet grass on the phone, den I be askin Trayvon be talkin to me but he don't be talking no more.

The prosecutor admitted Rachel was caught in two lies under oath but felt her testimony proved Zimmerman was the aggressor. :lol:

Ok it's time to release Zimmerman and arrest Jeantel for perjury. Today she just admitted to her fourth false statement under oath. Today she was shown a letter she claimed to have written outlining the chain of events, when asked to read it she said she couldn't read her own letter, she finally admitted another person actually wrote the letter not her.

Just because someone is black doesn't mean it is ok to lie and bear false witness is a court of law. Send her to jail for 5 years for perjury! Her actions of false witness is an attempt to send an innocent man to jail for life. Lock her up!

While on the stand and under questioning from defense attorney West , she admitted she had lied. Her credibility is shot. West can declare to the jury that she is a liar and unreliable witness.
West may be critizied for his harsh quesstioning but this is a muder case. Johnny Cochran used the same tactics in the O.J.Simpson trial when he declared to the jury that Mark Fuhrman was a racist.

Trial over. A witness just testified that the fight took place directly in his back yard, he said Trayvon was on top of Zimmerman pounding him with his fist and that Zimmerman was yelling for help, he actually yelled for them to stop and even described the clothing both were wearing. While he was dialing 911 heard the gunshot.

a Witness testified Friday that Trayvon Martin was striking Zimmerman while straddling him moments before the teen was shot.

Jonathan Good, said after hearing a noise behind his townhome, he saw what looked like a fight. When he stepped outside, he said he yelled, "What's going on? Stop it."

"It looked like there were strikes being thrown, punches being thrown," said Good.

Good said he could only see one person at first. Seconds later, he saw two people laying flat, one on top of the another in the grass. A person in dark clothing was on top of a person with "lighter complexion" wearing red or white clothing, Good said. The description of the person on the bottom, Good said, matched Zimmerman that night. The person on the top had similar dark clothing to the type worn by Trayvon, he said.

Under cross-examination by defense attorney Mark O'Mara, Good testified that during the tussle, the teen appeared to execute a mixed-martial arts maneuver known as"ground and pound."

"I only saw downward movements," Good said, when pressed for details about what Trayvon's arms were doing right before he was killed.

Good testified that he heard one or two calls for "help" and the words came from Zimmerman.

Good said he was dialing 911 when he heard a gunshot.

The prosecutor asked Good if he actually saw Trayvon's fist making contact with Zimmerman's face and Good said he couldn't see where Trayvon was hitting him, just that he was on top pounding Zimmerman with his fist.

Zimmerman has already talked to the police and the media several times he doesn't have anything to hide plus the prosecution hasn't even come close to proving anything. There is no reason for Zimmerman to take the stand, there is nothing for him to defend himself against.

Zimmerman was arrested because he couldn't get his story straight to begin with. Is this not true? One of Zimmerman's claims was that he got out of his truck because he needed to see the street sign to get the address.

When you look at the map of the complex, there are no street signs where he stopped. And since he was the neighborhood vigilante, why would he have to get out of the truck in the first place? He lived in the complex, right? Then he should have known all of the streets by heart???

Nobody is going for his bullshit... Not to mention all of the other lies to the cops as well. It will be coming out in the trial...

Zimmerman was released because of shoddy police work. Zimmerman claimed he had his head smashed into the pavement by Martin. That's bullshit, because if his head was really smashed into the pavement. Then he would have suffered a skull fracture, a concussion, or would have been at minimum been stunned to the point that he would not have been able to fire a weapon.

And yeah Zimmerman went to look for a street sign in the neighborhood that had only a grand total of 3 streets!!!

The whole trial was fabricated to appease blacks by liberal politicians. Even the police admit the prosecutor ordered that they allow Travons' parents and their attorney to be present and coach Trayvon's girlfriend's statement to the police. The lead detective was taken off of the investigation he was so infuriated by the way the prosecutor was allowing witnesses to be coached prior to and during the interviews by police.

Yep, and in this case, the parents had lost control of a "Black Thug" that had a violent history and was foisted on a new neighborhood by a mother that could not control him. So, TM, acting as he had for a long time, died because he violently attacked someone that he didn't think would defend himself.

No, I didn't blame "the one who was chased down and attacked for defending themselves", I blamed TM for chasing down Zimmerman and forcing him (Zimmerman) to defend himself.

I also pointed out the FACTS that are not disputed, that TM was a violent thug, a history of being violent, and had been sent to live with his father because his own mother could not control him any longer.

Plus even Trayvon's own girlfriend testified Trayvon was a racist, and despite 1,000s of hours of the media and the prosecutor interviewing Zimmerman's friends, family members, neighbors and teachers not one of them had ever heard Zimmerman use the N word, plus no where in any of the recordings or calls Zimmerman made was there anything racist. So you have a black racist thug kicked out his house by his mother who couldn't control him verses an Hispanic who in no way is a racist, holding down a job and volunteering to keep his neighbors safe...who do you really believe attacked? Unless every jury member has "no doubt" that it was Zimmerman who attacked Trayvon, they have to let him walk.

Martin being racist or violent is not really at issue. It may be contributory, but Martin is not on trial. The only real issue is did Zimmerman create a violent situation? Did Zimmerman stalk Martin. Did Zimmerman attack Martin. Did Martin attack Zimmerman? Who created the situation that put them in conflict?

From everything that we know at this point, Zimmerman created the situation and the conflict. I have seen no post here or report in the news or the trial that conflicts with that simple apparent fact. For Zimmerman to be seen as innocent there would need to be testimony that Zimmerman was clearly in retreat trying to avoid a conflict, no longer trying to confront Martin, and that Martin aggressively and violently pursued Zimmerman in his retreat. So far that is just a fantasy cooked up as a defense by Zimmerman supporters

If anyone thought Zimmerman had followed with the intent to kill, he would have been charged with Murder I.
He is charged with Murder II presumably because the prosecution believes he was a yahoo out to be a vigilante.
But I don't know why they charged murder II and I don't care.

It sounds to me like Zimmerman could more correctly, with greater chance of conviction, have been charged with manslaughter.
In Florida: "There has been quite a bit of discussion of how to differentiate manslaughter from first and second degree murder, but what it comes down to is this: if something you do causes someone else to die, if something you get someone else to do causes someone to die, or if you do something stupid (or fail to do something smart) that common sense would tell you would create dangerous situation and could cause someone to die and someone does die, you have committed manslaughter."
Zimmerman created the lethal situation by his actions and did something stupid.
That said, I think he probably carries the gun with the itch to have opportunity to use it, just like Leroy does.

Zimmerman's refusal to simply track Martin in his vehicle and notify police, but instead pursue Martin on foot is exactly why police don't like neighborhood watches run by yahoos who want to do the job themselves. Untrained civilians will too often precipitate violent events needlessly, which is exactly what Zimmerman did.

Yes, Zimmerman was probably defending himself, but he was defending himself from the situation he was responsible for needlessly creating.
